My new sibling is here!

My new brother is here! Oh goodness me, I don't know what to make of it. I know he's boring, he can't do anything! I hope he learns to share his food quickly, then maybe I will be a little more fond of him. He's already been here 7 weeks! Jeesh, time flies when you're being ignored! I still get love from everyone, just not as much since they don't have time for me :(. Good thing he's cute and he smells interesting or I wouldn't be putting up with him. Skippy seems ok too, she's not too upset, only at night now that she can't sleep with the family, they are afraid she might cuddle too close to Alex. I had my picture taken with him just for good measure, so you can all see what I have to put up with! Please don't forget about me, I still need my lovin! See u all soon!

New little one!

A new little one is going to be arriving near christmas time! What a present! Or is it? Me thinks I am going to be jealous! I thinks Skippy will be too! She has been spaded and declawed so she's a little less annoying but she's still a kitten. She's growing a lot though! Poor mommy, she's been sick for the last couple of days, I just try to cuddle and help her feel better!

BUTCHERING WEEK! STEAK FOR FREE! WOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOO

I LOVE MY LIFE! It's butchering week again! My favorite time of year! It's as if meat is falling from the sky! I love meat! There is no shortage of bones and sirloin and filet and hamburger and all the goodies that come with butchering! I also get porkchops! Pork loin and sausage! YUM! I LOVE MY LIFE!

In other news.........

We have a new addition to our family. My new baby sister Skippy! Skippy Jane Jones to be exact! She is a CAT! Why on earth would they want that thing! Mommy is kissing her all the time and cuddling her and I get whatever is left over in terms of affection. WHY OH WHY A CAT? She is cute though. I do like her. We play together although I am a big clumsy oaf when it comes to kitten play. My little sister is only about 6 weeks old! She's a really cool color too, but I can't wait till she gets bigger so I can play more with her!

Well, other than that, the only other news is that I got some new dog cologne for christmas, now I smell good all the time! Mommy says she likes me "au naturale" in regards to smell especially in the morning, but this is for those who are pug scent fanatics, and it smells good too!

I'm so pretty, I'm so pretty

It's the Dec-man again,

I am one busy pug. As always, we've had a substantial lapse of time since the last post. Not much has happened. The semester is winding down for mommy and daddy, we'll get to spend some quality time together soon. For now I am at the farm waiting to be reclaimed after the wedding weekend mommy just participated in. Halloween has come and gone, see picture for my costume, needless to say it was TOTALLY unecessary. Then came Thanksgiving which I spent with the WI folk. I am so cute and I think my auntie loves me. She says so and she likes my poopy dance. Which by the way, if you are tired of your poo-poo duty, call the poop patrol! www.k9pooppatrol.net and they'll take care of it for you. I am going to have a cousin in just three months! Woooooohoooooo, we know Uncle Chris and Aunt Weezy are going to have a girl! YAYAYAY! My parents have been chosen as guardians for little Olivia Paige Thomas who came into the world on Nov 26th weighing 7 lbs and 7 ozs and a whopping 20 inches long! She's tiny but cute. Now it's crunch time to Christmas, which I don't know where I will be spending that, probably in Bowler and Rochester. We shall see, I know that at Grandma Ault's I get a stocking though full of doggie splendids! YUM! Spoiled little puppy I am but who wouldn't want to kiss these velvety cheeks of mine?

It's blog time!

Mommy and Daddy have been SUPER busy, in the literal sense of the word! Their SUPER SUPPERS store is now open in Avon, IN! YAY! This means they've been in the store on and off after work! Long nights! The website is: www.ssavonin.com. Good scraps, Good scraps! I am way too cute mommy says! So cute, in fact, that she bought my own pair of doggles! Now I have my own cool shades to wear when I window surf in mommy's new SUV! Oh wait, mommy doesn't allow pugs out and about in her new SUV! I will include a picture of how cool I am in this blog, just so you can see how it's done! Ok, so, other than that, mommy is teaching 1 more class and therefore is gone more often than not! I miss my mommy and daddy cause they're gone all the time now. They've had to enlist the help of a dogsitter! Which I don't mind because there are two other puppies over there that I get to play with and it's fun! I also get to go for bike rides once in a while cause mommy and daddy brought the bikes back from the farm and cleaned them up so we go for a stroll once in a while! WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Life is tough for a pug! I'm still working hard at being the cutest dog in the world and so far it's beeen working. I've got mommy hooked on my pug cheeks and in fact, now I've trained her to ask for kissies from me and she does so all the time and then I GET A TREAT! What a deal yeah? My services have been needed

This little love pug has been hard at work lately. Mommy lost a very important family member a few weeks ago and I have been squeezed, cuddled and kissed ever since with little or no complaint. My great Uncle Mike was a good man and I liked him a lot. He was always nice to me and gave me a good pat once in a while. He will be missed greatly. In other news, mommy and daddy are now official. We're now a big happy Ault family. Wooooooohooooo, they had a good wedding. I'll share a photo on here with you of the two lovebirds. Now that they're official, we can look forward to more little "Aults" running around soon. I don't know yet how I feel about this, the attention will obviously be taken from me and we get to listen to a baby cry all night! I hope this is later rather than sooner, I like the quietness of Villefranche Drive. Well I best be going, love and kisses to all, drop me a line once in a while! See you all soon!

How the time flies, and then again it doesn't

Well,

Here we are, it's May 15th and my mommy and daddy are about to become official in less than two weeks! I will then have a real mommy that I have to take seriously. I haven't written in a while, not much new on the dog front. We found out there is another pug in the neighborhood that is named Beans. He's cute, but not as cute as me because he has Rose ears and I have Button ears, which are much cuter. You can see the difference cleary, the Rose ears hang closer to the head while the button ears pop out like puppy ears. They say that for genetic preferences the rose ears are preferred but I think mine are much cuter on a pug face! I am looking forward to this weeked where I get to meet Shelby, a sheltie puppy, we get to play while the mommies make chocolates for the wedding. Mom and Dad are getting married on the 27th and then I get to visit only the BEST PERSON IN THE WORLD, GRANDMA! I get to live with them for a whole week while the 'rents go to Hawaii. Wooohooooooooooooo, a whole week of treats and moist food? Who can beat that? Chasing kitties and playing in mud? Only the best vacation EVER! I am trying to be a good dog until then. It's Butchering Week! YUM!

Well, it's that time of year again. The moo moo's become moo moo steak! I love it. It's like food is falling from the sky. I get my yearly supply of bones from this festive celebration of beef and pork. The problem is this year, they don't want me to get dirty so I am kept in the house most of the time. It's hard to complain too much though, cause when I go out, daddy is usually grilling and he's goooooooooooood at that. I got my own porkchop yesterday! It was a good Christmas too. First mommy and daddy abandoned me because the WI folk (ehemn, certain ones only) don't like me and don't appreciate my deccy antics. WELLLLLLLLL, I will not bother them anymore nor grace them with my presence. But when they gots back, I got a doggy christmas stocking complete with new giraffe chew toys. I also got some gourmet chocolate covered doggy biscuits and a new treat jar full of granola doggy treats. We have yet to see if I like them. Daddy got a new iPod toy for his car, a leather jacket and TONS of clothes which he hates to get. Mommy got some nice jewelery from daddy, an iPod and TONS of new clothes from New York and Company with all her christmas money. They have also planned the honeymoon to Hawaii, woohoo, it's already booked, 7 nights at the Ritz-Carlton on Maui with a Jeep Wrangler to explore the island with. They better take me with!!! My butt problem has also been taken care of temporarily, for more info, ask of the masters. I will probably have to go back to the vet soon though. Auntie April gave me a bath yesterday, and I've determined I like being naked (the collar comes off in the bath.) Rusty is good, he doesn't let me do my duty when I am outside still, he's still a puppy though. I have to have the masters hold him while I tinkle. I love grandma and grandpa's house, they let me cuddle with them and sit at the table when dinner is served. Sometimes I even get to have a little dinner with them. Anyhow, I suppose I should go, lots of people coming over this week for butchering including the puerto rican princess and auntie A's buddy Savannah. I like people. I gotta go practice being cute. Not hard but still, I should sharpen the skills! Go Badgers, yay you won the bowl!

Long time no see

The love pug is still alive and kicking. My interpreter, who has been REAL lazy lately, hasn't posted any of my puppy news. I am the cutest pug in the world, I am told! I know. This last weekend, we went to Bowler, WI for the first time in this pug's short life. I was naughty! I made new friends though. There was this old dog that didn't even sniff me. Pobre. Then there was a younger doggy, named Rudy that played with me for a bit when he got there. I was trying to assert my dominance in a not so good way! But we made our peace and co-existed by the time we left. I was outside on Saturday while the fam was raking leaves, and broke the leash 3 times to chase after cars! My new extended family loves me I think. Most of them said I was cute except for my Uncle Chris who said I was the ugliest dog on the planet! Hrmph. All in all, it was a good, productive and interestin weekend! Check out the pug!

So, the mommy master is now working everyday. I get put into a cage every day for what seems like forever! And then, when they come home, I only greet the daddy master cause cause I figure this chic has something to do with me getting put into my cage. Anyway, I gots a new pet carrier today, and it's tiny! Much smaller than my less portable cage!!! They say it will keep me in line in the car. We'll see. Anyhow, things are busy around here. The masters have gone to the gym three times this week, in a row, and they plan on continuing. I am going to get to go to work with the mommy master on take-your-dog-to-work day. Lol, no just really, I am going to be a part of a spanish lesson. I am up to my usual puppy antics. On the farm front, the Rusty doesn't let me get a pee in edgewise! I can't be left alone for 10 seconds to do my business without him trampeling me. I can't wait until they band him, maybe he'll calm down. Well gots to go, the daddy is cooking dinner and maybe if I look cute enough, I will get some of that food they normally refuse to share with me.

Birthday fun!

Wooohoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, what a weekend! I went to Wisconsin with the fam, and mets new peops and played all weekend with a super cute puppy girl named Sable. She wasn't having any of my shenanigans (sp?) but she did play with me. They put her shock collar on me and made me stay in the yard! The nerve!!! I was too scared to leave the porch after I found out what that thing did! It was much safer in mommy or Tanya's lap. I hated it! Today I was a super cute puppy in the morning, being as cuddly as I am and all, but this afternoon I shoved my way through the door to the garage and under the garage door and out into the street. And they wonder why they shouldn't get me a shock collar. Mommy started work today. She was gone all day, for the first time since she became my official mommy. Daddy is staying home more now, maybe since mommy is gone and he can get some work done. Anyhow, thats it for now. Ciao.

YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RUSTY HAS BEEN FOUND! WOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Turns out that he followed some kids, then followed a big dog that was hit and then was discovered by two little girls and taken to thier grandma's house about a mile away. He stayed with her there and swam in her creek everyday and constantly tried to get into her house. That's our Rusty!!!! Man that pup wants to be a lap dog. And I've heard he's grown quite a bit too! I can't wait to see him this weekend! Yippeeeeeeeeeee, thanks to all that prayed for my buddy!

I want some loving!

Its that time again folks, for yet another blog!

Well lets see what has been happening. Lady master has been up to all sorts of stuff. She first disappeared for a week, went to Wisconsin to take care of OTHER dogs, hrmph. Now she is back, has signed her contract for Purdue, has opened a new bank account, got her entirely way too expensive Indiana PLATE (Yeah cheapos only give you one) for her car, and will be trying to volunteer for the humane society since its too hard to find work before orientation at Purdue on August 15th. We might be fostering a kitty or something. I dunno, we'll see. Lady master got really mad at me yesterday because I didn't want to sit still to have my nails clipped. I clawed the crap out of her, drew blood and everything! I got her good! Anyway, I don't like get my nails clipped, serves her right.

My favorite master is up to the same ol same ol. He's been working more on campus, so I get to see less of him. He's still working for PURDUE CWSA program, for the Epics program, farming, and running his farming part of the operation. He's successfully taught me to go into my cage whenever the masters need to leave! I am really good at it! I know cause I get a treat everytime! I am sure there is more training to come! Anyway, time for me to go.

I'm Sad

My buddy is gone. We don't know where he is. Rusty, the farm puppy, only a couple of months old, disappeared Thursday night and there is no sign of him. I am so sad. I have nobody to play with. Nobody to explore with. Nobody with four legs to greet me when I come home to the farm. Gone are the days of fun and excitement. I thought it was bad when Fudge died 6 months ago, but now that Rusty is gone, I have to sit out on my leash all day, alone, waiting for Aaron or Laura to come and take me in. Nobody to talk to. Gone. I hope Rusty is happy wherever he is and that he didn't have an accident or anything. :( Pray for my puppy friend.

Family Reunion

Whew, what a weekend! I got to go to the family reunion in Huron, Ohio this weekend. I was a hit, everyone loved me! I got so much attention and I was thrown into Lake Erie, and man, when its 90+ degrees out, that felt good. The lady master told me that I not only stunk like wet dog, but its was lake wet dog. Bleh! The family did all sorts of things, they went swimming, did family Olympics (Our team green won by the way!) We had big dinners together (and little ones, ooooh was Marconi's good! Great italian food!), went to a waterpark, and had church on Sunday. The power went out three times at this shady little motel village where the reunion was held. They got it up and running in the end though. We were in cabins, and they were little, stinky, and old. Not the worse place ever, but still, not too good. I though I'd decorate a bit, since they were a bit shabby anyways, and I threw up on the bed again. Soaked through two of the blankets! Icky! Masters weren't too happy about that, but what can a pug do? Anyway, we did have fun though, and I am glad they took me with instead of just leaving me!

Visitors

This weekend, there was some celebration in the house. I think the lady master was celebrating her birthday. The gentleman master, along with her friends and family got her a new box that flashes pictures and makes noise, I think they said computer or something. When she opened the gift she squeeled and squeaked, it was the weirdest thing. Then two girls came, one that I knew, and the other I didn't. They stayed overnight. I had fun with them, they seemed to like me and I thought they smelled just fine to be around here except the one with shorter hair kept calling me "Alien" and some other name with numbers in them. The masters also did some decorating. They hung up several pictures on the walls after everyone left. I hear this weekend we are going on a road trip to Ohio. The masters are getting together with friends and family for a Huffman (Grandma Ault) family reunion and then they are going to an amusement park called Cedar Point. I get to go to the reunion, but something tells me there are no pugs allowed in the amusement park. Oh well, you can't have everything. Time for breakfast, talk to you all soon!

Its about time!

Geesh,

All this commotion has me in a stir. First, the master takes me to my grandparents house for more than a whole week, yet again! Then he comes to get me and we didn't even get to go home. No, we are now sleeping in a new place. New house, no Deccy messes. What kind of fun is that. Not only do I have a ton of marking to do, but this chic is now here all the time. I mean really, I have to sit before I get to go through a door. I have to walk BEHIND them. They put me in my cage when I am home alone and all sorts of new stuff. But the plus side is I get TWICE the loving. And she likes to kiss me all the time saying my cheeks are soft or something. Thats not so bad, I mean really, who is going to complain about twice the belly scratching? Not me! Anyhow, lots of stuff to tell everyone about. I like the new place, its got lots of trees to pee on and its bigger and more air conditioned. So, its time for me to go. Hopefully I will get a little better at publishing this whole blog thing.

Life goes on....

Yeah Yeah, so I'm a lazy pug when it comes to blogging, but I've got things to do! Like for instance, last night I puked on the master's bed and then ate it again! That kind of stuff takes planning and dedication! Don't think for a second the life of a pug is an easy one. Anyway, on the side of my surgery, I'm healed and hardly notice a difference, except for the fact I don't want to disobey nearly as much, I'm much more sleepy and cuddly now. Everyone likes me better in fact! So, anyway, we're moving to a new place soon! I am exciting, all new territory to mark, woohoo! I am told I have to behave though, cause the place is brandnew and that landlord wouldn't take to Deccy's Decorating very well. Maybe I can sneak in a little chew on the carpet or something....:D

Oh what evil doth roam this earth. How saddened I truly am by the master's decision. But, for the sake of friends and family, I am informing all of you, that this Wednesday, the 27th of April two thousand and five, I will be losing something I hold very dear and near to my heart. I have an appointment with the Vet to get...sniff......gasp...........SNIPPED! Oh yeah, they have that fancy word of "neutering" but its ugly anyway you put it. Apparently I need some behavior modifications and this is one of the first steps to an "attitude adjustment." Again, I think this new master, the girl one, had something to do with this, and until I can manage to prove she hasn't had anything to do with it, there'll be no love from me!

Dude, its about time!

Man was he gone a long time! I almost forgot who I belonged to. But all is back to normal and I am with the master once again. We got to hang out on the farm yesterday and this morning, that was great. Man did I miss him. I am hearing there are plans for this new chic in his life to become permanent. I like her alright, but she is going to have to earn my love! :D Anyhow, I know its been a long time since I've posted, but when you're without your favorite person, the inspiration and motivation doesn't come easily. I am thrilled the master is happy and has found his mate. Now its my turn!
